Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact The Cranky Princess within 10 days and we will refund the entire purchase price of the product less return shipping and handling charges.

Please e-mail our Returns Department at customerservice@thecrankyprincess.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. If necessary, you can also call (770) 879-3553 to discuss any special circumstances.

Returns can’t be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, product name, product SKU number and the reason for return.

Any product returned should use the original box and packing materials.

You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items; The Cranky Princess will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). The Cranky Princess strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives damaged, please accept it from the carrier making sure any damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for The Cranky Princess to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify The Cranky Princess immediately.

Please e-mail our Shipping Department at customerservice@thecrankyprincess.com to arrange for a carrier inspection, and pick up of damaged merchandise. If necessary, you can also call (770) 879-3553 during regular business hours to discuss any questions you may have.
